- Who is the typical volunteer
at Jackson House? A retired research chemist, a mother of six, or
a school teacher who all sort clothes at the Thrift Shop.
Doctors, nurses, attorneys, and electrical engineers make good peanut
butter sandwiches, as well as wash dirty dishes, for the noon lunch
program. Jackson House welcomes all volunteers!

Donations
Jackson House is a registered
non-profit organization. Donations are deductible and receipts are
available.
Jackson House welcomes donations of clothing, food, household items,

donations provide for the operation of Jackson House and crisis
intervention programs .
