Who is the typical volunteer at Jackson House? A retired research chemist, a mother of six, or a school teacher who all sort clothes at the Thrift Shop.
Doctors, nurses, attorneys, and electrical engineers make good peanut butter sandwiches, as well as wash dirty dishes, for the noon lunch program. Jackson House welcomes new volunteers from teen through adult-aged individuals and groups. Please call the Jackson House 501-623-4048 to schedule an interview.
Jackson House volunteers all have one thing in common -- a desire to serve others.
